The Art of the Deal....
A little while ago, I sent out my first newsletter mostly to my established clientelle. Now we all get enough email spam and nobody needs another newsletter, unless of course it has something of interest to them.
Well, I made up my mind some time ago, that anybody on the receiving end of emails from me is going to find it worthwhile opening. It will either be a beef rib fest, hockey game, party, super deal of the week, etc... but certainly, not a funeral.
With that in mind, and owing to the benefit of being part of a "group" in the "Shuchat Group", Carla Zivot, an associate Realtor, and friend of mine, found this recent credit card no brainer-bargain. Just go to the following link:

If you are approved, you will get 25,000 Alaska Air Miles, and an additional companion flight to where the 25,000 miles will take you for $99.00. The cost of the card is $75 annually. One catch is that to get the companion flight for $99.00 you have to purchase one flight at a published rate.
On a totally different matter, and, back to reality.... interest rates are once again on the way up with at least 4 banks making the move by the close of business today. (November 17, 2010). This is definitely the time to lock in.... so call me quickly if you read this on time.
